Munchie Monday: Healthy Easy Breakfast

 Lately I have been making VERY EASY simple somewhat boring breakfasts.  However, they taste pretty good and they are within acceptable carbohydrate limits.  The only thing with this breakfast is that I did not bump up the protein.


This bowl holds dry old fashioned oatmeal, a little Great Grains cereal, blueberries, and unsweetened almond milk.  Tasted really fine!

  2. Probably a little quinoa in the bowl and a green salad with black beans on top.
