Quick Note on Grilling!!

So, you purchased or received a lovely gas grill and you are SO EXCITED to get to grilling....bread, pizza, vegetables, fruit, even meat (mostly vegetarian here, so not much meat on this grill!) and since you want the grill to be undercover, you place it on your porch.  Out of the way of foot traffic.

This is a very good idea, EXCEPT...

If you have vinyl siding, or even elderly wood, it is a VERY GOOD IDEA to move the grill AWAY from the siding before grilling because the grill GETS VERY HOT!  You can see our lovely new siding.

This little debacle was not popular at our house, though maybe at yours...?
